  1. Porto is an amazing city with so much to see and do. Walk on the bridge from Porto to Gaia over the other side. Take a cruise along the Douro River and tour the wine cellars. I also took a walk along the Douro to reach the shores of the Atlantic. Give yourself at least 3 days.

  2. This video really doesn't do the city justice. It is a good video, I have to admit it. But the city is so much more. You have to walk around and see the little gardens and city squares in juxtaposition to the historic architecture to really appreciate the city. The boulevards, the quirky book shops and cafes, the atmosphere… you can't capture all that in a video.

  3. I'm incredibly proud of my city: the fair Porto, also known as The Invicta, this beautiful city was never conquered, and Napoleon tryed several times. Also, our signature dish, pig's entrails with beans, was invented during the Discovery of the New World and Colonization efforts, since the salted meet was sent in the ships and the city was left with the intrails, since it spoiled quickly, so the Porto people invented ways to cook them… the most famous one: Tripas à moda do Porto. Loosely translated as Guts Porto Style.

  4. portugal is by far the most underrated place I've been!!!! I only went to Lisbon,Sintra and Cascias they were amazing!!!!!!!!!! and everybody in portugal ranted and raved about how much better Porto was i must visit!!!! been all over europe the czech republic and portugal my 2 favorite places!!

  5. lisbon and sintra were amazing porto also looks interesting my personally opinion as a european travel that portgual and the czech republic are the 2 most underrated countries and should be visited!
