  2. Orta San Giulio is a beautiful village in front of the island of San Giulio on the Orta Lake but it isn't in Milan, It's in another Region, in Piemonte, near Milan but not Milan.

  3. Orta San Giulio is not near Milan….Milan is in Lombardy region, and Orta S. Giulio is in Piedmont. Please, be carefull to look at the right guide. And…it's about … 84 km from Milan
